If you choose the Business or First software package, each user of the web portal is assigned to one of three possible roles: Viewer, User (default) or Admin. These roles each have a set of certain permissions that define a user’s ability to carry out specific actions:
1 for certified partners only
2 Business or First package required in the category Charge Management & Ecosystem
