Current Utilisation Statistics

BETA

Current Utilisation Statistics are currently available for Beta-Users only for further testing. Once all beta-testing is done, it will be released to all customers, depending on the chosen pricing package.

You can sign up to become a Beta-Tester in the ChargePilot Web Portal via our Help Center.

In the Current Utilisation Statistics values are shown in a 10 sec time interval whenever active charging occurred at the site. Data is shown for up to 24 hours, for the past 4 months. The page gives an overview about the currents measured by the charging stations (Fleet Current Phase 1 - 3) and measured by the installed meter (Total Current Phase 1 - 3). For static sites and distributions without meter, only the fleet currents are shown. At the top right dropdown, the different distributions of the selected site can be selected. By default the main distribution is shown.

Data is only displayed for individual sites.

Update 10/2023

Since v2.6 additional columns are shown, including

  • Additional Limit, containing limits from external sources such as EMS (= Energy Management System) or Time-based Grid Tariffs

  • Optimiser Limits per phase, including fallback values, such as charging station fallbacks.

The additional columns provide very detailed insights into the behaviour of ChargePilot at the selected time period and how much power was available for charging at which distribution.
